SUMMARY:Bedroom Blueprints: What Intimacy Design and Relational Roleplay Can Teach Experience Professionals
DESCRIPTION:Long before “experience design” was an industry\, devoted lovers have practiced it.\n\nInside our closest relationships lives radical intelligence: everything from the way a partner keeps track of what their partner is longing for\, to surprises for anniversaries and milestones\, to the container crafted to meet the moment. This session asks what becomes possible when experience designers start treating intimacy as craft\, teacher\, and source material. The skills behind a great experience and a great relationship are similar and transferable. \nThis Campfire will be a space to learn about what experience design can look like when love is the animating logic. The presentation and conversation will draw from relational neuroscience and the choreography of intimate partnership to offer practices for designing experiences rooted in somatic and relational fields. \nGrounded in evidence-based research and real-world facilitation\, we can treat devotion and generosity as design variables\, and scene and roleplay as structural tools. This Campfire explores what happens when the skills move in both directions – when loving well makes you a better designer\, and designing well makes you a better lover. \nYou’ll embody and practice: \n\nHow intimacy design translates directly into professional experience design.\nHow relational neuroscience informs the way we can design for connection.\nHow to apply the BRIDGE framework – bounded\, responsive\, invitational\, devotional\, generous & emergent – as practical design tools.\nInspiration for fortifying and adding spark to your own sacred\, beloved or intimate relationships.\n\nAbout Amy Segreti: \nAmy Segreti is the founder of Our Circuitries. She is an experience designer\, relational artist\, and intimacy mentor whose work lives at the intersection of relational dynamics and experience design. She has trained in-person with and received education from Esther Perel\, John Wineland\, Dr. Stan Tatkin\, Odyssey Works\, Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés\, Barbara Carrellas\, Third Rail Productions\, Alexandra Roxo\, Authentic Relating International\, Nicholas Janni and more. She has a talk on TED.com. \n\n  \n \n  \n\n  \nHow to watch this Campfire:\n\nCampfires are available for WXO members only\nTo join the WXO\, please head to our Application page\nThe WXO is a global home for the leaders\, shapers and doers in the Experience Economy\nAs a member\, you’ll get live access to Campfires like this one plus unlock an on demand library of over 100 Campfire recordings\n\n  \n\n  \nTimings:\nCampfire #2 is suitable for those in the US or Europe\, but everyone is welcome!
