We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing, to provide exceptional leadership in managing sales and Marketing across the group and all current and upcoming projects including: Monopoly Lifesized is the debut attraction from major new experience led business The Path Entertainment Group and marks the beginning of a strategic relationship between Hasbro and The Path Entertainment Group on major IP and debuting new attractions in London for worldwide rollout.

SAW: The Experience in partnership with Lionsgate Entertainment, currently on sale now and looking for a worldwide rollout. A major family brand experience to launch at the Holidays and hope in the Spring in London.

Key Responsibilities Drive revenue for PATH, with particular focus on PATH’s live experiences, via integration between the Marketing, Publicity, Sales & Analytics and Audience Engagement teams, with the objective of creating opportunities that optimize outcomes related to scope, impact, income, creativity, customer experience, and more.

Set and achieve quarterly and annual goals across these four primary functions. Lead a robust and highly skilled team that fulfils the following functions: o The Marketing department and its core functions, including brand management, budgeting, media planning, marketing creative, social media, digital media planning, traditional media planning, asset management, consumer research, promotions, and brand partnerships.

Identify new opportunities, build proposals, and gain executive buy-in in order to execute multi-layered marketing programs across teams. Ensure a singular voice with clear, consistent messaging across different disciplines and productions.

Help define media and influencer strategy around specific campaigns and initiatives to deliver the best possible results. Possess extensive media relations experience including relationships with relevant business and trade media initiatives. In partnership with the Finance team serve as strategic advisor to Executive Management on how PATH defines, manages, and communicates its broader marketing and sales, budgets, goals, and priorities as part of each Experiences annual operating plans.

Represent the company at major marketing, ticketing, sales, and digital meetings – and be a forward facing ambassador for The Path Entertainment as a core member of the senior management team. o Publicity team – manage external teams whose core functions, including communications strategy, placement of press stories and appearances, internal communications, media, training, and corporate presentations.

The Sales & Analytics department and its core functions, including revenue projection and optimization, inventory management, ticket pricing, data collection and analysis, direct response communications, partnership sales, tourism and sales partnerships, and box office operations. Oversee the analysis and segmentation of data, audience, and sales patterns to educate sharp, impactful campaign execution.

Develop, implement, and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives. Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Review and analyse sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness. Business Development Strong writer, expected to draft corporate and consumer press releases, messaging and talking points, corporate website stories, speeches, crisis strategy plans, and presentations for executives across the business. Conduct thorough research and feasibility work as part of the company’s expansion into new IP and new sites for attractions.

Evaluate new business opportunities, agree prospective targets and deliver profitable new business. • Oversee the launch and growth of branded experience for key IP led experience, alongside the build of the PATH brand. Deliver adhoc projects as requested by the CEO, Director of content and other Directors.

Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed. Personal Skills Superior leadership and relationship management skills, including the ability to manage and inspire multiple projects across a diverse, experienced staffing structure.

Proven ability to: develop missions and goals; prioritize objectives and allocate time/resources; accordingly and reflect on completed projects with an eye towards improving subsequent efforts. Passion for live entertainment, and the ability to translate that passion into the advocacy for and engagement of future audiences.

Excellent ability to overcome challenges and optimize opportunities through a logical, systematic, sequential approach to analytical thinking. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with proven ability to successfully communicate with staff of all levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Superior public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to build and give professional level presentations.

Salary: Depending on experience Hours of work: 40 hours a week, including some weekends – Full-time role Additional Hours: To be agreed in advance including attending meetings, rehearsals, conferences, seminars, overseas travel and show watches Pension: Company Pension Scheme available
