What You Need For A Dream Theme Team

The four disciplines are:

  1. Creative
  2. Delivery
  3. Design
  4. Management

As you can see from the video below, they have vey different ways of thinking and doing. Often those are so different there are clashes. Watch to the end of this short video to hear this produces ‘positive tension’, and how that’s useful for creating good work.

So, who is Theron Kees? A former Disney Imagineer, Skees has been creating themed attractions for more than 30 years, for Disneys theme parks and cruise ships. He now offers training and advice via his firm The Designers Creative Studio.
