Magic Memory: The Art of Memory as Experience Design

For millennia, people used the art of memory to remember what mattered.
During the Renaissance, it converged with the Hermetic tradition, an esoteric knowledge stream that braided memory with ritual practice, natural magic, astrology and alchemy, forming what is known as Magic Memory.
This session shows how we can translate principles of Magic Memory into a contemporary method of designing experiences that stay with audiences.
On this Campfire, London-based creative producer, strategist and storyteller Victor Lander will unpack the core techniques of Magic Memory, reveal how they work and understand how they can be used in experiences nowadays.
