The WXO Covid Innovation awards
- To recognize the amazing ingenuity, innovation, creativity and resilience in the Experience Economy since the pandemic began
- To celebrate the people - the experience designers, creators, and stagers - who've been through this crazy, coronavirus-riddled, car-crash of a year
- To blow the whistle, bang the drum, tickle the tambourine and do whatever we can to keep experiences top of people's minds so that they spend a larger share of their wallets in the Experience Economy in 2021
- To identify the experience innovations that point the way to safer, more successful, more memorable experiences in 2021 - during the lockdowns and also after, once the world opens up properly again
- The winners, those nominated and those shortlisted will receive official WXO Covid Innovation Award logos to display on any marketing material
- The WXO will host a glittering, media circus of a night to annouce the winners of the CIAs. That will either be in person - we have some startling venues in mind. Or it'll be online - because, of course, we have a covid-secure back up plan 🙂

Who can Propose? What's the Process?
- You can: anyone and everyone can propose a person, an organization or an experience to the long list.
- You can propose an experience you’ve been to, one you've heard about, or even your own for the long list.
- The team at the WXO will consider the long list and present a short list of entrants for the experts in the WXO's Founding Circle to judge.
- All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
- Not all award categories will have shortlisted candidates.
Who are the Judges?
Entries will be judged by a panel of impartial judges of experience experts in the WXO Founding Circle.
Judges will disclose in judging any specific category if there is any conflict of interest.
