Hello! I'm Lisa. A strategic and tactical designer. A human-centered innovation strategist, facilitator, and educator. I'm focused on co-creating value with individuals and businesses through design, rooted in research and strategy.
I describe myself as bold, compassionate, strategic, and creative. An equal measure right-brained, left-brained leader and inveterate problem solver. I'm perpetually curious about the inner workings of people, places, and things and forever intrigued by the prospect of designing for desired experiences and better outcomes for and with people, businesses, and communities.
I'm the founder of XPLOR, a design and innovation studio dedicated to designing for experience in the world of work and BYLM, a brand and experience design studio supporting women entrepreneurs.
