I specialize in using principles of human-centered design to help teams create and market experiences that are relentlessly relevant. I am drawn to experiences that are playful, creative, interactive, and artistic.
I am the Executive Director of Product Marketing for Color Factory. For 5 years I taught Experience Design at BYU's Marriott School of Management as an adjunct professor. I am part of the Founding Circle of the World Experience Organization.
Before joining Color Factory, I was a founding member of Bigsley Event House and their VP of Product Development. In my time at Bigsley we grew from a 3 person team with no products, to a team of over 100 employees managing 5 products with more than a million customers worldwide.
I was a founding team member at The Color Run, where I helped create both the brand marketing strategy and the event operational plan that allowed us to become the largest 5k running series in the world in just our first year.
I have considerable experience with start-up culture, managing rapidly growing teams, and building processes that enable customer feedback to drive product ideation.
I live in Farmington, Utah.
