ZEBRADOG inspires organizations to share their stories, cultures, and unique histories in ways that emotionally connect to their communities.
For 30 years, Mark Schmitz and his team have helped shape the experience economy by prioritizing stories and placemaking in the built environment to create personal, memorable experiences.
Our studio is a unique consortium of experiential design strategists, environmental graphic designers, interactive media designers/developers, and interior/architectural designers. The commitment to “the story” is extraordinary, our process is proven, and our results are spectacular.
We specialize in reinventing what’s possible in physical environments for higher education, professional stadia, healthcare/research facilities, and corporate headquarters.
ZEBRADOG has transformed some of America’s favorite places and the brands that live in them, including the famed Lambeau Field home to the Green Bay Packers, Baltusrol Golf Club, Leinenkugel’s Brewery tour, Cameron Indoor Stadium at Duke University, Sub-Zero Group, as well as Emory, Northwestern, Marquette, Pitt, and Chicago Universities.
We work directly with owner groups or team with architects such as HOK, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, FLAD, The S/L/A/M Collaborative, Ballinger, BECK as the Experience Design Consultant on the project.
