What technique / approach / tool have you seen in an experience sector DIFFERENT to yours, and then 'borrowed' and used in YOUR experience sector?

This is of course at the heart of the WXO: sharing ideas across experience sectors to create better experiences.

I'm especially interested in this now, as I'm giving a talk at the 7X Experience Summit on Weds October 12, and said I'd give a talk on the 'transdisciplinary nature of the Experience Economy'.

I asked a few of members who I thought would be good at this.. and was blown away! Will be tagging those people here 🙂
