A globally recognized experience expert, I’m obsessed with experiences & the Experience Economy.

A cultural analyst and trend forecaster, I believe the shift from materialism to experientialism is one of the most pivotal socio-cultural trends of our era.

I'm the author of two (bestselling) books on the Experience Economy:

1. Stuffocation (self-published 2013; Penguin, 2015)
- Reported by 150+ media worldwide
- Introduced the concept of 'experientialism'

2. Time And How To Spend It (Penguin, 2019)
- The Financial Times named this a Book Of The Year
- Contains an evidence-based 7-rule framework for designing experiences

- the world's first government department for the Experience Economy. For the UK's Department for International Trade, I'm 'Sector Specialist, Experience Economy'.

- I'm on the Executive Committee of the Experience Research Society (Expresso).

- I give keynotes & workshops on experiences & advise firms on experiences.
