Carolene’s expertise lies in creating exceptional in-person experiences. Her unique skill set stems from 10 years on tour with Cirque du Soleil where she led over 50 front of house experience teams in 17 different countries. She specialised in running VIP experiences with the company and also led similar teams in the cruise, hospitality and retail industries.
Now as an Experience Strategist, she works with leaders to improve connection in their teams or communities through the creation of in-person experiences. She is also the founder of Brands of the Med, a business community helping small business owners in the Mediterranean grow their network, skills and the success of their businesses.
