With 25 years as a seasoned design professional and a decade dedicated to human-centered research and innovation strategy, I am a committed narrative experience designer and innovation trailblazer. In 2013, I co-founded Stratos Innovation Group– an innovation consultancy headquartered in the US. With a passion for creating engaging guest experiences, I later launched StorySpark Design, a narrative experience design firm. Guided by a deep understanding of audience engagement, I thrive in crafting immersive narratives that captivate and engage, turning visitors into participants.
