As a social sculpture practitioner, I act as a catalyst for evolutionary change with experience as an interdisciplinary artist, coach, trainer, educator, researcher, and facilitator.

Life as a permanent experiential stream, shape-shifting from moment to moment, inner and outer. We are both co-creators and co-creations in this process, personally and professionally. The question that makes all the difference: how consciously are we participating in this evolutionary happening? With an experiential awareness of the interconnectedness of everything. My work for the past 10 years has been to trigger a new (or renewed) evolutionary consciousness in this respect, in various capacities. My drive is to help empower humanity to do life better, whilst stoking curiosity about the question: what, ultimately, might we be living and working towards?

My drive for a better reality co-creation has taken me through various life situations, countries, and contexts, which has equipped me with a good deal of life experience. After I had studied art, I was left with bigger questions: what does creation really mean, for everyone and in the world at large?

Learning about life as experience in theory and practice on my subsequent MA has been a game changer, opening up this whole other realm of seeing through the particulars we so often get entangled in, into the larger picture of evolution formation. A transformational process we need to open up to as much as we need to aim to consciously shape whatever we regard as outside of us. As in a sense, we ARE the experience, as much as we are its (co-) creators and receivers.

Since then, I have been devoted to the permanent practice and investigation of how to shape life better, including aiming to empower others, by developing an awareness for a certain life aesthetics and capacities to go beyond reductionistic thinking and overly conditioned behaviour. Opening up to evolution in a more holistic, non-dualistic manner may be the biggest task of our time.

Specifically, I have worked as an interdisciplinary artist, process and material developer, researcher and educator within and outside of academia, trainer, mentor, coach, process facilitator, and co-director of a social enterprise, often in collaboration. All the time aiming to open up arenas for an intensified, aesthetic re-experiencing and consciousness creation of self and world, as well as for beginning to find and develop leverage points for intervening into the status quo of individual and shared realities from the personal to the systemic level. As a holistic, evolutionary, creative process that starts with imagining things differently.

Among others, I have worked with organisations, students, teachers, exhibition visitors, researchers, artists, activists, and various types of engaged citizens in what can be described as creative change-making and capacity building for the future of people and planet as part of the same interconnected eco-social “artwork”. In this endeavour, I am informed and inspired by the ideas of German artist, Joseph Beuys of an “expanded conception of art” which sees all human beings as creative agents of reality. Other streams of influence include alchemical psychology, certain Eastern philosophies, phenomenology, deep ecology, and the connective aesthetics movement, to name a few, as well as various strategies, methods, and approaches for shaping reality through projects and in life as a whole.

I am currently exploring next steps into a new phase of my work in the world and I am open to collaborations of various kinds. I am grateful to be a member of the WXO as a place for connection and mutual inspiration, as well as an incubator for a new experiential era.
