Tandem Set & Scenery

Tandem Set and Scenery is currently one of the leading set building companies in the UK, having worked on sets for theatres across the country and countless brand activations for some of the world’s largest companies. They have now settled themselves into the world of experiences.

Building a number of hugely successful sscape rooms and immersive experiences within the UK, Tandem has cemented itself as a leading company in the entertainment industry. With over a decade of experience, they are at the forefront of this exciting game revolution and have the installations to prove it.

The League of Adventure

The League Of Adventure is a new live experience company founded in 2021 by Glen Hughes and Nick Moran, who met when they designed Time Run: one of the world’s leading escape rooms. Their goal is to build, design and manufacture world-conquering experiences that combine their years of expertise.

Their brand new model (which we will call “The Immersive Theme Park”) encourages long dwell time, repeat custom and high customer loyalty. The first project under that banner is Phantom Peak, which opened in July of 2022 to rave reviews and tens of thousands of customers.

Bermonds Locke

You’re free to stay wherever you like for the duration of the Summit – but to make things that bit easier, we’ve partnered with chic aparthotel Bermonds Locke to offer discounted rates to Summit attendees.

As our hub hotel, Bermonds Locke is the best spot to casually hang out and network with other experience experts.

Of course, it’s also close to our venue: 2 stops on the Tube, 11 minutes in a cab. And it’s a short walk to Tower Bridge and the River Thames. You have until 12 May to secure your room at our special rate, so we recommend booking ASAP to avoid disappointment.
