Stuart spent the last 8 years establishing an immersive experience culture in Singapore.
Stuart is the co-founder of ANDSOFORTH and Restaurant ABSURDITIES, the world’s first multi-sensory, anti-fine dining, fun dining immersive Omakase restaurant. Together they have designed and produced over 60 concepts. In 2020, he produced and adapted probably the most immersive, interactive workshop in the world, Around The World in 80 Days Book Analysis Workshop. The sold out experience has been running since the start of the pandemic and currently has a 3 month long wait list. The experience spans a 8000 square foot venue and has seen over 12,000 participants.
