Since opening in 2020, AREA15 has welcomed nearly four million visitors, created more than 1,000 jobs and hosted over 200 live events and performances. Winston brings his world-leading expertise in financing and investing to LXS25 where he will reveal the plans for AREA15’s 20-acre expansion coming in Autumn 2025.

Mat Duerden is the Department Chair of Experience Design and Management in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. His career spans the gamut from VC-funded start-ups to billion-dollar corporations, both public and private companies, non-profit’s and private foundations, and even some time as a professional metal fabricator. For the last 15 years David has been involved in the creative industry, operating at the confluence of finance and creativity – where experience gets made.

Nick Moran

Nick is the co-founder and creative force behind Phantom Peak, London’s premiere immersive and award-winning experience. From 2015-2019, Nick was the creative director of Time Run, where he wrote and led the design of The Lance Of Longinus and The Celestial Chain. In 2018, he designed and launched Sherlock: The Game Is Now, a multimillion-pound, large-scale experience based on the eponymous BBC TV show. He co-wrote it with Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss.
